Antonio Brown’s Friday night at a boxing event was far from ordinary, as he ended up in handcuffs after a brawl erupted outside the Miami venue.

It all went down at Adin Ross’ Brand Risk kickboxing event. As the event wrapped up, the NFL star found himself in a heated scuffle with several people. The video footage shows Brown aggressively pulled to the ground; however, he quickly bounced back, kicking one of the individuals before attempting to leave the scene.

Minutes later, Brown is seen being escorted to a police vehicle in handcuffs. But before anyone could start speculating, he returned to the venue as a free man, a mere 20 minutes later. A source confirmed that Brown was only temporarily detained while the officers gathered his perspective.

Taking to social media, Brown clarified his side of the story. He insisted that he was not arrested and was instead a victim of an attack by “multiple individuals” aiming to steal his jewellery and cause him harm. Brown strongly voiced his intention to pursue legal action against the alleged assailants.

Intriguingly, during the altercation, two gunshots were reportedly heard. Although some reports imply Brown fired the shots in self-defence, this detail wasn’t mentioned by him. In a clip circulating online, a witness notified an officer about someone with a gun, adding another layer of complexity to the night’s events.

Despite the ordeal, Brown appeared in good spirits as he joined Adin Ross’ livestream post-incident. It seems the former Pittsburgh Steeler avoided serious injury and was ready to brush the dust off and carry on.

Amid the chaos of the brawl and temporary detainment, Antonio Brown came through relatively unscathed, ready to share his evening’s drama online with fans and followers.
